About VenasGroup

For 15 years, Venas Group has been solving problems and delivering successful outcomes for clients who have quickly become friends. While that has always been our "main course," our true purpose became clear following a deep personal loss.

My sister, a legal administrator, passed away from cancer in December 2025. Despite her professional background, she died without a valid will, leaving her estate in the hands of a probate court. It turns out that probate charges a fee to every estate, whether a will is present or not. I have watched far too many loved ones leave their legacies and true intentions for a stranger to decide.

I created this website because "good intentions" aren't a legal strategy, and your final wishes deserve to be honored, not litigated.

The heir is the same person when in trust

What the maxim means

In trust law, the person who receives property steps into the grantor's place so completely that the law treats the transfer as a continuation of the same legal person, not the creation of a stranger's claim. The heir in trust is not an outsider taking over; the heir is the same person carrying the grantor's purpose forward.

VenasGroup builds every plan around this principle. A properly funded living trust keeps your intentions intact because the trustee succeeds to your role without breaking the chain of ownership. Your property remains under the same plan, managed by the person you chose, distributed according to your instructions.

  • Continuity, not interruption: Trust assets pass privately to your beneficiaries without waiting for a court to appoint someone new.
  • Identity, not replacement: The successor trustee acts in your place, preserving the wishes you recorded rather than rewriting them.
  • Protection, not exposure: Because the trust already owns the assets, they stay out of probate and away from public record.

That continuity is what allows a living trust to keep your intentions private, your assets out of probate, and your legacy exactly where you left it.
