How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with.
2. Or email us at support@venasgroup.org with your order ID and we will start the refund for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
